As the founder’s right hand, she contributes to the agency’s strategic thinking, the evolution of its universe and the design of the experiences offered to travelers.
Coming from the world of design and particularly sensitive to aesthetics, cultures and excellence in service, Mariasole brings a creative and demanding perspective that naturally aligns with the world of high-end travel.
Working closely with Monica Gicot, she helps shape the identity of Qhanati, ensuring that every project, collaboration and experience reflects the values of quality, elegance and authenticity that define the agency.

Monica is the Founder & CEO of Qhanati, a Switzerland-based travel agency specialized in creating tailor-made journeys around the world.
An entrepreneur and strategic advisor, she is also the founder of MG Advisory, a structure dedicated to strategic guidance and the development of international collaborations, particularly between Europe and Latin America.
Over the years, Monica has built an international network of partners across hospitality, tourism and high-end cultural experiences. This expertise now allows her to design unique journeys combining exceptional destinations, wellness and cultural discovery.
Peru holds a special place in her journey. Her knowledge of the country, its cultures and its local actors deeply influenced the creation of Qhanati, which today continues to offer unique experiences in the Andes while expanding itineraries around the world.
Through Qhanati, Monica promotes a vision of travel that prioritizes authenticity, the quality of partners and experiences designed with care and meaning.

Shania contributes to the development of Qhanati by bringing a thoughtful perspective on travelers’ expectations and the evolving preferences of new generations of clients.
Currently studying psychology, she is particularly interested in how emotions, environment and human perception shape the way travel experiences are lived and remembered. This perspective enriches Qhanati’s approach to designing authentic, meaningful and memorable journeys.
Fluent in French, English, Spanish and Italian, Shania naturally operates in an international and multicultural environment.
Within Qhanati, she contributes to travel research, client insight analysis and the exploration of emerging trends in high-end travel experiences.
