1) Acceptance
By accessing the qhanati.ch website (the "Site") and our channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, forms), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

QHANATI presents private trips to Peru and wellness retreats in Switzerland. The content is indicative and non-contractual. Final quotations and contracts are sent in writing (e-mail/WhatsApp) and may include the conditions of third-party providers (hotels, clinics/spas, carriers, DMC, etc.).
3) Request & booking process

• Forms, e-mails or WhatsApp messages are used to initiate a request.

• Prices, availability, programs and conditions are confirmed by a separate quotation or contract (which takes precedence).

• Deposits/payments may be required by QHANATI and/or third-party service providers according to specific schedules.

4) QHANATI's role
Depending on the case, QHANATI acts as organizer or intermediary (concierge/agent). Services provided by third parties are subject to their own conditions (cancellation, refund, liability, insurance, etc.). QHANATI cannot guarantee the availability or performance of services provided by third parties.
5) Wellness programs - no medical advice
Content related to wellness/health (e.g. Chenot programs) is informative and does not constitute medical advice or a prescription. Please consult a healthcare professional before taking any action. QHANATI is not responsible for medical decisions or the effects of third-party care.
6) Accounts, communications & accuracy

7) Intellectual property
The Site and its contents (texts, images, logos, graphic charter, videos) are protected. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution without written authorization from QHANATI is prohibited.
Third-party trademarks and content (e.g. "Chenot") remain the property of their owners.
8) Prohibited uses
You may not:

• bypassing security measures ;

• copy, scrape or massively extract content ;

• publish/send illicit, defamatory or unsolicited advertising content;

• infringe the rights of QHANATI or third parties.

9) Links & third-party services
The Site may contain links (e.g. social networks, WhatsApp, partner sites). QHANATI has no control over these services and accepts no responsibility for their content, security or operation.

11) Warranty & liability
The Site is provided "as is". QHANATI does not guarantee the absence of errors, complete accuracy or uninterrupted access.
Except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, QHANATI declines all responsibility for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of image, or resulting from a third party (breakdowns, unavailability, changes to schedules/prices, etc.).
12) Force majeure
QHANATI shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure as defined by Swiss law).
13) Modifications to the Site and Conditions
QHANATI may modify the Site and/or these Conditions at any time. Changes apply as soon as they are published. It is your responsibility to consult this page regularly.
14) Applicable law & jurisdiction
