Design fees — complex cases

Simple requests (questions, official prices, booking an offer displayed as Lavey – Days / Zen / Harmony) are free.

A "complex case" is any request requiring a custom design, if AT LEAST one point is true:
1) Comparison of ≥ 2 options (dates / rooms / programs / hotels)
2) Coordination of multiple service providers (hotel + flights / transfers / insurance, etc.)
3) Customized itinerary (more than one route variation / round trip)
4) Short lead time: departure < 30 days
5) Special requirements (medical, nutritional, privatization, activities with dedicated hours)

Amount & conditions
– Design fee: CHF 190, DEDUCTED from the final price if you confirm the Qhanati booking.
– If the booking is not confirmed, they cover the design/coordination time.
– Special cases (last-minute <30 days or special requirements): the fee may be NON-REFUNDABLE — we will inform you before starting.
– 100% payment before processing. Partner cancellation policies apply (e.g., Lavey: free for up to 48 hours, then 100%).
