Portuguese cooking class (Wine Library Kitchen) → intimate workshop (lunch format), preparation of local recipes followed by a friendly tasting.
Portuguese Kitchen Tales (open kitchen + vegetable garden) → harvest from the organic vegetable garden, passage through the open kitchen and lunch inspired by the products of the day.
Earth Lab – Pickles, yogurts & sprouts → sustainable techniques: fermentations/pickles, yogurts without electricity, sprouted seeds.
