El Olivar by Chef Andrés
At El Olivar, chef Andrés Ruiz takes the vegetable garden to the plate with a menu that evolves daily according to the harvests of Finca Ana María.
Located in the heart of the finca, next to the adults-only pool, the restaurant is surrounded by over 300 seasonal varieties that inspire a fresh, plant-based, nutritious, and flavorful cuisine. Dishes are prepared with care and creativity, in harmony with the seasons.

Ana María Swimming Pool
Our little slice of paradise, reserved for adults, is the perfect peaceful alternative for relaxing and sunbathing in the water—lounging on a float or enjoying a game of backgammon in the shade. Refresh your day with a signature cocktail or freshly squeezed juice from the pool bar, accompanied by a selection of simple dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Andalusian cuisine.
Our Gardens
Designed to evolve with the seasons, our ten gardens offer a living journey: from a cabinet of curiosities celebrating local biodiversity to a labyrinth of acacias, a storytelling tree, a tomato conservatory and a vegetable garden bringing together more than 300 varieties of fruits and vegetables.

Finca Ana María
Welcome to Ana María — a living extension of the Marbella Club gardens, on our brand new finca adjacent to the resort
In collaboration with the "Prince Gardener" Louis Albert de Broglie and Deyrolle, Marbella Club has imagined at Finca Ana María a natural ecosystem composed of gardens with diverse identities, resonating with the pillars of the French institution: Nature, Art and Education.
This five-year “ephemeral” project aims to be an interactive learning platform where young and old rediscover simple pleasures, reconnecting with nature through well-being, culture and gastronomy.
This garden will also serve as a species incubator as part of our long-term expansion plan, with the ambition of moving towards a more sustainable future.
